Will consider a joint venture with the current ownership retaining leasing and management.
- Garden-style, mid-rise and high-rise communities.
- New York City, Washington D.C. & Boston properties of any vintage. Suburban properties less than 15 years old.
- Minimum Occupancy - 90%. Will consider lower occupancy on properties requiring renovation if the property is well located and is a value enhancement opportunity.
- Prefer high quality, well maintained properties, but will consider some deferred maintenance or renovation on properties if well located and are value enhancement opportunities.
